Bids Are Invited For Vehicle Rental For Dideco

The Purpose Of This Bidding Process Is To Invite Interested Parties To Submit Offers In The Tender Called “Vehicle Leasing For Dideco”. The Details Of The Required Services Are Established In The Technical Specifications Attached To This Tender, Which Contemplate The Rental Of Two Sedan-Type Vehicles, A Cargo Vehicle And A Van For Transporting Passengers With Capacity For 20 People. These Technical Specifications, Together With Their Requirements, Form An Integral Part Of These Administrative Bases And Must Comply, At Least, With The Established Minimum Technical Requirements. The Contract Will Have A Duration Of Six Months, Legally Counted From The Entry Into Force Of The Contract, That Is, From The Date Of Sending The Corresponding Purchase Order. Without Prejudice To The Foregoing, The Contract May Be Terminated Early In The Event That The Assigned Budget, Amounting To The Sum Of 34,500,000 Thirty-Four Million Five Hundred Thousand Pesos, Including Vat, If Applicable, Is Exhausted Before The End Of The Stated Period. Consequently, The Contracting Will End When The Six-Month Period Expires Or When The Available Budget Is Exhausted, Whichever Occurs First.
