Battle Simulators - Purchase Of Technical Resort Products Provided For In The Roua00091 Project Safeguarding Eus External Borders - Linkbord, Financed By The Interreg Next Romania-Ukraine 2021-2027 Program, In 2026 Integrated Training And Preparation System For Simulating Firing With Individual Weapons. The Object Of The Contract: The Provision Of An Integrated Training And Preparation System For The Simulation Of Shooting With Individual Weapons (Um 0827 Cluj-Napoca). The Cluj-Napoca Mobile Gendarmerie Group Found The Need To Increase The Level Of Training In Risk Management And The Prevention Of The Effects Of A Crisis Situation At The State Border Of Romania With Ukraine. Starting From This Finding, It Was Considered Imperative To Improve The Material Security During The Execution Of Missions To Maintain Safety And Security At The State Border Of Romania With Ukraine. The General Objective Of The Project Is To Improve Safety And Security At The Romanian-Ukrainian Border By Developing A Cooperation Framework, Joint Training In The Field Of Border Management And By Investing In Specialized Equipment And Infrastructure For Law Enforcement Authorities In Romania And Ukraine. Through The Purchase Of Technical Products, The Contracting Authority Wishes To Improve The Equipment Of The Unit, In Terms Of Safety And Security At The State Border Of Romania With Ukraine By Developing A Cooperation Framework, Joint Training In The Field Of Border Management And By Investing In Specialized Equipment And Infrastructure For Law Enforcement Authorities In Romania. By Acquiring The Integrated Training And Preparation System For Shooting Simulation, The Contracting Authority Wants To Improve The Equipment Of The Unit, With The Aim Of Strengthening The Surveillance Capabilities At The External Border, Preventing And Combating Illegal Migration And Cross-Border Crime. The Project Is Carried Out In The Context Of National And European Needs Regarding The Security Of External Borders And Aims To Improve The Effectiveness Of Surveillance Operations. The Integrated Training And Preparation System For Shooting Simulation Will Be Used To Prepare The Missions Carried Out At The State Border Of Romania With Ukraine In Order To Prevent And/Or Combat Cross-Border Crime. Interested Economic Operators Can Request Additional Clarifications/Information Up To The 18Th Day Before The Deadline For Submission Of Offers. The Contracting Authority Will Respond, Clearly And Competently, To All Requests For Clarification/Additional Information On The 11Th Day Before The Deadline For Submission Of Offers.
