The It System Is Understood As Software Provided To The Ordering Party By The Contractor Under A License, Including The Ai System, An Assistant Verifying Applications Under The Clean Air Priority Program, A Tool Supporting The Process Of Formal And Substantive Assessment Of Funding Applications And Payment Applications, In Particular Through Automatic Analysis, Organization And Preliminary Classification Of Data Contained In The Application, Together With The Ai Tool For Automatic Generation Of Responses (Ago) And The Ai Tool To Anonymize Documents. 3. The General Functionality Of The Assistant Includes Support In The Assessment Process By Using Solutions That Automate Repetitive Activities And Support Decision-Making Based On The Criteria Included In Checklists. The General Functionality Of The Assistant Also Assumes The Use Of New Technologies, Including Language Models And Automation And Decision Support Systems, While Maintaining Compliance With Applicable Law, Especially Gdpr, Ai Act And Program Guidelines. The Aim Is To Minimize The Risk Of Errors Resulting From The Need To Manually Verify A Large Number Of Documents And To Increase The Efficiency Of The Assessment Process. 4. Providing Technical Support For The Offered Product. 5. The Contractor Is Obliged To Conduct Comprehensive Training In The Use And Administration Of The Provided Software For Employees Indicated By The Ordering Party. The Training Must Be Conducted In Polish By People With Appropriate Knowledge Of The Offered System. 6. The Ordering Party Is Entitled To Exercise The Option To Modify And Expand The It System For A Maximum Of 1,000 Man-Hours. System Modifications Should Be Understood As Changes To The It System Aimed At Its Development, Including Handling The Verification Of Applications For Other Programs And Competitions Announced By The Ordering Party.
