The “Procurement Of Mobile Devices” Procurement Project Is Looking For A Provider Who Can Provide The Procurement Of Mobile Devices (Mobile Phones, Tablets And Accessories) As Well As The Associated Warranty And Support Services. The Procurements Will Take Place Over Five Years From The Signing Of The Contract. The Receipt Of Warranty Services Can Also Extend Beyond The Contract Term. The Devices Should Be Able To Be Used Normally Until Their Warranty Expires, Including The Necessary Support Services. The Provider Must Offer The Products And Services In Accordance With The Specification “A2.1_Technical & Functional Requirements”. Swissgrid Operates A Highly Critical Infrastructure And Accordingly Very High Security Requirements Apply To The It Systems. The Products Offered Must Meet The It Security, It Integration And Specifications Required By Swissgrid. This Procurement Contract Is Awarded To Two Providers. There Is A Priority Provider And A Secondary Provider. If The Primary Provider Does Not Have Any Devices In Stock, The Second Provider Can Be Used. This Is To Have Various Delivery Options At Hand And To Be Able To Choose Flexibly Between These Two Providers.
