Building Consultancy Services – Feasibility Study For The Renovation Of The Allied Museum Clayallee (“Outpost” Building) In Berlin-Zehlendorf: Construction Consultant. The Property Clayallee 135 In 14195 Berlin Is Rented To The Allied Museum E.V. By The Federal Real Estate Agency (Bima) For Use As Museum, Exhibition, Office, Depot And Storage Space With The Usual Secondary Purposes. The Property Includes Two Historical Buildings - The Listed Outpost Building From 1953 (Planning Subject And Former Us Military Cinema) And The Nicholson Building, Built In 1978 (Not Relevant To The Planning, A Former Us Garrison Library) - As Well As The Open-Air Area On The Property. The Museum Has Been Using The Property Since 1994. Before The Bima, The Federal Office For Building And Regional Planning (Bbr) Was The Landlord Of The Property. There Is A Clear Need For Extensive Renovation Across The Entire Property. A Feasibility Study Is Necessary For Further Planning Of The Renovation Needs. Furthermore, User Needs And Requirements For Contemporary Museum Use Must Be Examined. These Results Are Incorporated Into The Feasibility Study. The Monument Preservation Plan Is The Basis For Developing The Renovation Measures. The Task Includes The Service Modules Described In More Detail In The Tender Documents For A Feasibility Study With The Aim Of Determining The Renovation Needs Of The Listed Building In More Detail And Compiling The Results In A Report. In Addition To The “Structural Consultant” Services Described Here (Lot 1), The “Technical Consultant” Service (Lot 2) And Consultants From Other Specialist Trades (Monument Protection, Exhibition Designer, Security Concept) Will Also Be Commissioned Separately. The Lots Of Structural Consultants (Lot 1) And Technical Consultants (Lot 2) Are Interdependent And Cannot Be Provided Independently Of Each Other. If The Award Procedure For Lot 2 Had To Be Canceled, The Award Procedure For Lot 1 Would Also Have To Be Canceled.
