By The Federal Real Estate Agency (Bima) For Use As Museum, Exhibition, Office, Depot And Storage Space With The Usual Secondary Purposes. The Property Includes Two Historical Buildings - The Listed Outpost Building From 1953 (Planning Subject And Former Us Military Cinema) And The Nicholson Building, Built In 1978 (Not Relevant To The Planning, A Former Us Garrison Library) - As Well As The Open-Air Area On The Property. The Museum Has Been Using The Property Since 1994. Before The Bima, The Federal Office For Building And Regional Planning (Bbr) Was The Landlord Of The Property. There Is A Clear Need For Extensive Renovation Across The Entire Property. A Feasibility Study Is Necessary For Further Planning Of The Renovation Needs. Furthermore, User Needs And Requirements For Contemporary Museum Use Must Be Examined. These Results Are Incorporated Into The Feasibility Study.
