Repair And Maintenance Services Of Central Heating – Global Performance Market For The Operation Of Heating Installations, Sanitary Hot Water And P5 Works Of The Logial-Coop Property Located In The Municipality Of Kremlin-Bicêtre. This Contract Concerns A Global Performance Contract Within The Meaning Of Article L.2171-3 Of The Public Procurement Code. It Includes The Operation Of Heating Installations, Domestic Hot Water + P5 Works From The Logial-Coop Assets Located In The Commune Of Kremlin-Bicêtre. Given The Close Proximity Of The Sites, The Choice Has Been Made To Ensure The Maintenance Of The Installations And The Works, In Accordance With The Provisions Of Article L.2113-11 Of The Public Procurement Code, Not To Allocate The Market For The Following Reasons: -An Allotment Would Cause An Increase In Costs Because The Pooling Of Resources Would Be Lower. This Would Lead To An Increase In Costs; -An Allotment Would Cause A Drop In The Responsiveness Of Service Providers Due To The Reduced Proximity Of The Technician(S) Mobilized; -The Very Nature Of The Services To Be Awarded Leading To The Transfer Of The Total Responsibility Of The Holder Requires That All Of The Services Be Entrusted To Him
