As Part Of This Dynamic Procurement System, Berlinovo Intends To Procure Services For The Acquisition Of Technical And Structural Facilities From Existing Properties Throughout Germany Of Berlinovo Immobilien Gesellschaft Mbh And Other Group And Subsidiaries. These Are Services For “Quantities And Mass Recording Of Technical And Structural Systems” For Over 60 Commercial Properties. Berlinovo Intends To Commission Individual Orders. The Announced Number Of Objects Is An Estimate That Can Fluctuate Significantly Up And Down. Berlinovo Is Not Obliged To Commission Individual Or All Services. A Claim To Remuneration Only Arises When Specific Services Are Specifically Commissioned In An Individual Case. The Dynamic Procurement System Runs As Described In § 22 Ff. Vgv (Rough Description): • Announcement Of The Dynamic Procurement System • Request To Submit Applications To Participate Market Participants Are Entitled To Submit Applications To Participate At Any Time During The Dynamic Procurement System. However, After The Announcement, Berlinovo Is Authorized To Make Calls From The Dynamic Procurement System For The First Time After 30 Calendar Days. Berlinovo Will Examine The Applications To Participate And Admit The Applicants Depending On The Results Of The Aptitude Test. Berlinovo Will Inform Applicants Immediately About The Results Of The Examination. Berlinovo Can Only Consider The Respective Participants In The Dynamic Procurement System After A Positive Assessment Of Their Suitability For The Request To Submit An Offer. Market Participants Are Therefore Encouraged To Apply For Participation In The Dynamic Procurement System At An Early Stage. • Requesting Offers Berlinovo May Request Participants In The Dynamic Procurement System To Submit An Offer At Any Time. The Specifications (Particularly Deadlines) And Award Criteria Announced In The Respective Invitation To Submit Offers Are Binding For The Respective Invitation. Berlinovo Will Evaluate The Offers Received Under The Dynamic Procurement System According To The Award Criteria Announced In The Invitation To Tender. In Addition To Evaluating Based On Price, Berlinovo Also Reserves The Right To Evaluate Offers Based On Qualitative Criteria (E.G. Project Team And/Or Concepts). Submitting An Application To Participate/Adding New Participants To The Dynamic Procurement System Is Generally Always Possible During The Term Of The Dynamic Procurement System.
