Tenders Are Invited For Operation Of A Sewage Plant – Operation And Maintenance Of Facilities At The Wwtps Of Antigua, Triquivijate, Valles De Ortega And Ebars Of The Municipality Of Antigua
Operation Of A Sewage Plant – Operation And Maintenance Of Facilities At The Wwtps Of Antigua, Triquivijate, Valles De Ortega And Ebars Of The Municipality Of Antigua. The Purpose Of This Document Is The Contracting Of The Operation And Maintenance Service Of The Wwtp Facilities Of Antigua, Triquivijate And Valles De Ortega And Ebars Of The Municipality. The Aforementioned Service Contract Will Include All The Services And Actions Provided For And Defined In The Particular Technical Prescription Document. Included In The Object Of This Contract Are The Operations Necessary For The Correct Functioning Of Said Wwtps And Ebars, Including The Replacement Of Chemical Reagents, Maintenance Of Electromechanical Equipment, Removal Of Purged Sludge, Transportation By Authorized Manager To Another Wwtp For Proper Treatment, Waste Management To The Environmental Complex, Cleaning Of The Ebars For Their Proper Functioning And For Compliance With Decree 174/94 Of July 29, Which Approves The Discharge Control Regulations For The Protection Of The Hydraulic Public Domain And Royal Decree 1620/2007, Of December 7, Which Establishes The Legal Regime For The Reuse Of Purified Water, In Compliance With The Objectives Of Protecting Water Quality, For Agricultural (Quality 2.3.A) And Environmental (Quality 5.3.A) Uses. It Is Not Part Of The Service Covered By The Contract To Assume The Electrical Cost Resulting From The Operation Of The Facilities. The Purpose Of This Specific Administrative Clauses Document (Hereinafter Referred To As Document) Is To Define And Establish The Clauses That Must Govern The Contracting Of The Aforementioned Service. These Services Will Be Provided In Accordance With The Characteristics And Conditions Described In The Specific Technical Prescription Document, As Well As In This Specific Administrative Clause Document, Hereinafter Pcap.
