Construction Work For Warehouses And Industrial Buildings – The Object Of The Contract Consists Of The Execution Of The Fire Protection Installation Works In The Existing Warehouse And Its Expansion, Intended For The Treatment Of Bulky Waste Within The Cervera Del Maestre Waste Recovery Complex, Promoted By The C1 Waste Consortium Of The Valencian Community.. The Scope Of The Contract Includes The Complete Material Execution Of The Works Necessary For The Firefighting Installation In The Current Warehouse And Its Expansion Of Bulky Waste, Including All The Constructive, Structural And Functional Actions Required For Its Correct Integration Into The Existing Recovery Complex And For Its Commissioning In Accordance With The Applicable Technical, Environmental And Safety Regulations. The Works Will Be Carried Out In Strict Compliance With The Technical Project That Forms An Integral Part Of The Contract, Which Includes Descriptive And Constructive Memory, Compliance With The Technical Building Code And Other Sector Regulations, Waste Management Study, Quality Control, Health And Safety Study, Plans, Technical Specifications, Measurements And Budget. The Contractual Object Also Includes All The Operations Necessary For The Correct Execution And Completion Of The Work, So That The Installation Is Fully Operational, Without Requiring Additional Payment For Work Essential To Achieve Said Final Result.
