Software Implementation Services – Delivery And Implementation Of An Ai-Powered Enterprise Resource Planning (Erp) System. The Lir Currently Uses Loga 3 In The Human Resources Area (“Hr”) And Redipro In The Finance Area (“Finance”). Both Systems Are To Be Combined Into A Comprehensive Solution Using Ai. In Hr, This Addresses The Service Components Of Absence Management (Vacation, Illness, Compensatory Time), Travel Costs, Electronic Personnel Files, Personnel Cost Planning As Well As Electronic Copies Of A1 Certificates And Eau. “Finance” Includes Internal And External Accounting, Purchasing, Planning And Controlling As Well As Third-Party Funding Administration. The Contractor Should Submit An Offer Along With A Specification (Description Of How The Contractor Would Like To Implement The Requirements). The Offer Includes The Delivery And Implementation Of The New Erp System, The Takeover Of The Existing Loga-3 Or Redipro Environments As Well As Costs Of Ongoing Operations (Licenses, Hosting, Maintenance, Billing Cases, Support And Customizing). The Applicable Deadline For The Provision Of Services Is That The Erp System Is Configured In Accordance With The Specifications Of The Tender Documents And Is Available In A Working Condition By July 1, 2027 At The Latest. All Test Runs And Implementation Steps Must Have Been Implemented By May 1St, 2027, So That A Test Phase From May 1St, 2027 Can Precede Productive Operation From July 1St, 2027. The Full Functionality For Processing All Financial Accounting Postings Must Be Available By January 1St, 2027. The Erp System Should Conform To Budget Law As Well As The Relevant Regulations Of The Tax Code (Ao) And The Federal Ministry Of Finance And Therefore Meet The Requirements Of The Regulations Of Gobs, Gdpdu And Gobd. The System Is Audit-Proof. The Client And Contractor Conclude An Evb-It Creation Contract (Appendix 04_Lir Evb-It Contract For Erp Creation). The Contract Must Be Supplemented By The Bidders In The Marked Passages. Otherwise, The Supplementary Contractual Conditions Apply For The Creation Or Adaptation Of Software (Appendix General Terms And Conditions Evb It Appendix 1 Creation Contract). The Contract Comes Into Effect After The Contract Has Been Awarded. Furthermore, An Erp System Is Delivered And Implemented, With The Service Components Absence Management (Vacation, Illness, Time Compensation), Travel Costs, Electronic Personnel Files, Personnel Cost Planning As Well As Electronic Copies Of A1 Certificates And Eau (Hr) As Well As Internal And External Accounting, Purchasing, Planning & Controlling And Third-Party Funding Administration (Finance). All Processes Addressed Should Be Able To Be Mapped Completely Digitally In The System. The System Therefore Offers An Electronic Signature.
