Tenders are invited for Design, Supply & Install Internal & External Signages Fees QR 500 Bid Bond QR 50000 Start Purchase Date: 22-02-2026 07:30:00 End Purchase Date: 05-04-2026 12:30:00 Submission Closing Date: 05-04-2026 12:00 PM Description: Kahramaa intends to unify and standardize the signboard systems across its facilities, commencing with the complete design, supply, and installation of indoor and outdoor signages at Kahramaa Lusail Tower, which currently lacks any signage. These works shall be executed in full compliance with Kahramaas branding concept and/or as per approved design. Simultaneously, the nominated Contractor to undertake similar signage works at other locations on an As and When Required basis, through the issuance of Contract Work Requests (CWRs). This ongoing requirement shall run concurrently with the Lusail Tower works and shall cover various Kahramaa buildings and facilities, the majority of which are situated within the Greater Doha area. The Contractor, being engaged in the business of design, supply, and installation of signboards, shall confirm its readiness, willingness, and capability to execute the works to the satisfaction of Kahramaa within the stipulated durations. Notes: · Fees are non-refundable · The offer must be submitted with a bank guarantee (in the amount of provisional bid bond) issued by a Qatari Bank or by a bank operating in Qatar. · Offers are to be submitted separately, technical and commercial. · Successful bidder has to submit a Bank Guarantee (Performance Bond) with value equal to 10% of the awarded value. · KAHRAMAA has the right during the contract period, after approval of the committee, to increase or decrease the quantities, services or works, inline with the Tenders & Auctions Law and its regulations. · Last date for receiving clarification is 7 days before the Bid Closing Date. · Date for opening of the offer is on the next working day from Bid Closing Date, as per the Tenders Committee meeting. · If you face any difficulty for downloading the Tender Documents after Payments, please coordinate with IT Help Desk Administrator in the Government Procurement Portal (The Unified Website of State Procurement ([email protected]).
