Prequalifications are invited for Construction Works of Al Jazer Shrimp Farm Accommodation Project Name: Al Jazer Shrimp Farm Project RFPQ Title: Prequalification of Contractors for the Construction Works of Al Jazer Shrimp Farm Accommodation 1. Scope of Work Phase 01 involves a landmark construction program comprising 75 buildings wllh an estimated built-up area of 41,889 nV. Iho scope includes: Residential Developments: Accommodation for workers, senior staff. VlPs, and famllv apartments. Community & Lifestyle Facilities: Administration buildings, mosque, retail shops, gyms, swimming pools, and central dining/laundry services. Critical Infrastructure: Internal road networks (Including Sewage Treatment Plants (STP), and Reverse Osmosis <ROI facilities. 2. Eligibility Contractors must be registered and possess a proven track record In executing projects of similar magnitude and complexity within the Sultanate of Oman. 3.
