Expression of Interest for Consultancy Services for the Modernization of Oag Audit Processes with Data Analytics The Office of the Auditor General (OAG) is implementing a modernization initiative supported by the African Development Bank through the MIC-TAF Grant to strengthen audit efficiency by integrating advanced data analytics into audit operations. The assignment aims to transition OAG from manual audit techniques to a datadriven environment capable of analysing highvolume datasets, identifying anomalies, enhancing audit coverage and improving audit reliability. The consulting services include conducting a detailed needs assessment, configuring an appropriate analytics platform, integrating the solution with OAG data sources, developing analytics scripts and dashboards, delivering capacitybuilding training, piloting and refining the solution, and completing full deployment with knowledge transfer and sustainability measures.
