Tenders are invited for Participants Assessment for Etimad Programme The scope of work includes the design and implementation of a comprehensive and objective assessment process for candidates applying to the Etimad Program, ensuring the selection of a distinguished group of participants who can fully benefit from the program and contribute to creating a tangible impact in their workplaces after graduation. The process also aims to ensure diversity in the participants backgrounds and experiences to enhance positive interaction and knowledge exchange within the program. The implementing company is expected to undertake the following tasks: 1. Design a multi-stage assessment process (not exceeding four stages) that adheres to the criteria mentioned later. 2. Define clear objectives, mechanisms, and methods for each assessment stage. 3. Link each assessment stage to the specific selection criteria for participants. 4. Develop a comprehensive timeline not exceeding six (4) weeks for completing all assessment stages. 5. Ensure the highest standards of transparency, neutrality, and minimal bias throughout all stages of the assessment process. 6. Provide clear policies and procedures to protect personal data and maintain confidentiality of information. 7. Engage qualified key personnel to execute the project in collaboration with representatives of the Academy. 8. Prepare periodic progress reports and a final comprehensive report summarizing results and analyzing candidate performance at each stage. 9. Participate with Academy representatives in the final interviews for shortlisted candidates. 10. Deliver all raw data and final results to the Royal Academy of Management upon completion of the process. 11.
