During The Year, At The Request Of The Customer Until December 31, 2026, 1055 Roses, (At Least 50 Cm High) Roses Must Retain Its Original Appearance And Shape After Transportation. Roses (Freshly Cut Flowers) Should Have No Signs Of Wilting, With Intact Stems And Buds, As Well As Green Leaves. The Price Of Flowers Should Include Packaging Costs. The Bouquet Packaging Must Be Made Of High Quality Materials. The Supplier Offers Several Design Options. Registration Bouquet Is Carried Out In Agreement With The Customer. Delivery Is Carried Out As Agreed With The Customer, And The Date Delivery Must Be Within The Date And Time Specified In The Customer’S Application. The Supplier And The Customer Agree And Approve The Color Of The Roses And Their Design. If The Supplier Offers Old Flowers That Do Not Have A Commercial Purpose, The Customer Has The Right To Refuse The Product With The Requirement To Replace It With A Quality Product Within Specified Period (1 Hour). If The Order Does Not Match The Customer’S Requirements For Quality, Freshness, Design, Assortment And Level Of Formation Of Flower Products, The Supplier Is Obliged To Satisfy The Customer’S Requirements For Processed Flower Products Within 1 Hour At No Additional Charge. Goods Are Delivered Upon The Customer’S Request, Which Is Submitted In Writing Or Verbally (By Email, Via A Web Portal, Whatsapp Messenger Or By Phone). Within 3 Working Days From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Agreement, The Contractor Undertakes To Provide The Customer With A Current Email Address And/Or Mobile Phone Number To Which Requests Will Be Sent. All Agreements Regarding The Design And Type Of Bouquets Concluded In Written Or Oral Form (By Email, Via A Web Portal, Whatsapp Messenger Or By Telephone).
