The service includes import-export, brokering, transit, and technical assistance. It shall cover the geographical area of European Union in Europe, with the inclusion of Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, and exclusion of outermost regions (OMRs) and Overseas Countries and Territories (OCTs) that are geographically located outside of Europe.
