Furthermore, The Subject Of The Public Contract Is The Optimization Of The Current State Of Insufficient Capacity Of The Existing Data Lines And Thus The Settlement Of The Risk Of A Negative Effect Of The Data Network On The Operation Of Applications In The Data Network Environment Of The Contracting Authority And The Provision Of Technical Conditions For The Necessary Development Of The It Infrastructure, Which Consist In Ensuring Sufficient Line Capacity For Growing Volumes Of Data And The Deployment Of New Applications.
