1) Preparation Of A Construction Design Including; - Expansion Of The Road Ul. Szczejkowicka For A Pedestrian And Bicycle Path, - Expansion Of The Road On Szczejkowicka Street, Including Tests And Possible Replacement Of The Structure, - Construction Of A Fragment Of The Municipal Road, Along With Obtaining A Zrid Decision With Immediate Enforceability. The Project Is To Include The Complete Scope Of The Pfu; And2) Carrying Out Construction Works Resulting From The Above Project In The Scope Of The Expansion Of The Road Ul. Szczejkowicka For A Pedestrian And Bicycle Path With Infrastructure And Accompanying Elements, I.E.: A Transfer Center With Parking Lots, Footbridges, A Culvert, Street Lighting, A Service Channel And Drainage. The Task Therefore Includes The Preparation Of Comprehensive Design Documentation As Above. And Reconstruction Of The Infrastructure Colliding With The Planned Investment, Along With Obtaining All Legally Required Approvals, Opinions, Arrangements, Administrative Decisions, As Well As Obtaining On Behalf Of The Ordering Party A Decision On The Use Permit Or Effective Notification Of The Competent Construction Supervision Authority About The Completion Of Construction, In Accordance With The Requirements Contained In This Fup. The Contractor Is Obliged, On Behalf Of The Investor, To Apply To The Owners Of The Technical Infrastructure (Network Managers) For The Issuance Of The Required Connection Conditions And Conditions For Securing Or Reconstructing The Networks Colliding With Planned Investment. The Contractors Obligation Will Be To Complete All Formalities With Pinb And To Commission And Finance Industry Supervision. Acceptance Protocols Must Be Prepared With The Network Operators, Which Will Be A Necessary Condition For The Investor To Commence Acceptance Activities. The Contractor Is Obliged To Apply The Accessibility Standards Specified In The Document Accessibility Standards For Cohesion Policy 2021-2027 For All Stages.* The Contractor Will Present The Project Costs Divided Into Scopes Including: - Stage 1 Pfu. - Stage 2 Pfu. - Stage 3 Pfu.
