Tenders Are Invited For Preparation Of Design Documentation For The Modernization Of The Daniłowicz Shaft Exhaust Vessel

1. Subject Matter Of The Order.1.1 The Subject Of The Order Is The Preparation Of Design Documentation For The Replacement Of The Daniłowicz Shaft Exhaust Vessel.1.2 As Part Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To: 1) Develop A Technical (Implementation) Design For A New Exhaust Vessel, Including: A) Descriptive Part, B) Calculation Part, C) Drawings, Projections And Diagrams, 2) Preparation Of Documentation Necessary To Obtain A Decision On The Approval Of The Product For Use In Mining Plants (Technical Description, Calculations Strength, Technical And Operational Documentation; Obtaining Approval Will Be The Responsibility Of The Contractor Of The Hoisting Vessel),3) Obtaining A Positive Opinion From An Expert On The Operation Of A Group Ii Mining Plant - Hoisting Vessels For The Prepared Technical Design,4) Preparing A Bill Of Quantities And An Investor Cost Estimate For The Works Covered By The Technical Design,5) Carrying Out Authors Supervision At The Request Of The Ordering Party.1.3 Technical Assumptions For The Newly Designed Hoisting Vessel And Detailed Content Of The Technical (Execution) Design Is Specified In Annex No. 2 To The Contract Template.3.4 Design Documentation Should Be Prepared And Submitted To The Ordering Party In The Form Of: 1) A Written Study With Graphic Attachments - 4 Copies, 2) Electronically, On A Cd/Dvd Or Pendrive - 4 Copies In Pdf Format, Together With A Scan Of The Signed Documentation Submitted In Paper Form In Pdf Format, Arranged In The Same Order As In The Written Form, 3) Electronically, On A Cd/Dvd Or Pendrive - 4 Copies In Editable Format. 1.5 As Part Of The Authors Supervision During The Implementation Of The Works Covered By The Technical (Executive) Design, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Provide The Authors Supervision For A Maximum Of 100 Hours. 1.6 The Authors Supervision Will Be Carried Out At The Request Of The Ordering Party. The Orders For Authors Supervision Will Depend On The Needs Of The Ordering Party Resulting From The Progress Of The Work And The Technical Conditions Of The Installation Of The Exhaust Vessel. This Means That The Ordering Party May Resign From All Or Part Of The Hours Of Authors Supervision (Option Right). 1.7 The Order To Carry Out Authors Supervision Will Take Place At Least 2 Business Days (From Monday To Friday) Before The Date Of Supervision Specified By The Ordering Party. The Supervision Will Be Ordered In Writing. The Order Will Be Sent Via E-Mail. At The Same Time, The Ordering Party Will Inform The Contractor About The Order By Phone. In Special Situations That Require The Designers Immediate Presence At The Work Site, The Person Performing Authors Supervision Is Obliged To Perform Authors Supervision On The Date Of Notification. In Such A Case, The Authors Supervision May Be Ordered By Telephone, With Subsequent Written Confirmation Of The Order.1.8 The Person Indicated In § 22 Section Will Be Authorized To Commission
