The Scope Of Work Includes Laying 450 M2 Of Pavement Defects With A Mineral-Bituminous Mixture With A Thickness Of 5 To 10 Cm After Compaction, Taking Into Account The Following Works: - Marking The Works In Progress; - Cutting And Cleaning The Damaged Surface; - Sprinkling With Asphalt Emulsion; - Filling The Defects With A Medium-Grained Hot Mineral-Bituminous Mixture; - Compacting The Mixture With A Road Roller; - Sealing The Edges Of The Joint (E.G. Asphalt D200); - Tidying Up The Work Area. The Order Will Be Implemented Successively, On The Basis Of A Separate Order, Which Will Specify The Location Of The Order And The Completion Date - At Least 5 Days From The Date Of Receipt Of The Order. The Offer Form Should Include The Net Unit Price For Laying 1 M2 Of The Mineral-Bituminous Mixture And The Net And Gross Value Of The Subject Of The Order (Unit Price X 450 M2). If References To Standards, European Technical Assessments, Approvals, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Are Used In The Documentation Describing The Subject Of The Order, The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described. When Analyzing The Documentation, The Contractor Should Assume That Each Reference Used In The Documentation Is Accompanied By The Word Or Equivalent. If Trademarks Are Used In The Documentation Describing The Subject Of The Order, It Means That They Are Provided As Examples And Define Only The Minimum Expected Quality Parameters And The Required Standard. The Contractor May Use Equivalent Materials Or Devices, But With Similar Or Better Technical And Quality Parameters, The Use Of Which Will In No Way Adversely Affect The Proper Functioning Of The Solutions Adopted In The Documentation. The Contractor Who Uses Equivalent Devices Or Materials Will Be Obliged To Demonstrate During The Execution Of The Order That The Devices And Materials Used By Him Meet The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party. The Use Of A Label In The Documentation Describing The Subject Of The Order Means That The Ordering Party Accepts All Labels Confirming That Given Construction Works, Supplies Or Services Meet The Equivalent Requirements Of The Label Specified By The Ordering Party. If The Economic Operator, For Reasons Beyond Its Control, Cannot Obtain The Label Or An Equivalent Label Specified By The Contracting Authority, The Contracting Authority, Within The Deadline Set By Itself, Accepts Other Appropriate Means Of Evidence, In Particular The Manufacturers Technical Documentation, Provided That The Economic Operator Proves That The Construction Works, Supplies Or Services To Be Performed By It Meet The Requirements Of The Specific Label Or Specific Requirements Indicated By The Contracting Authority.
