1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Rental Of Sound Equipment And Platforms For The Needs Of A Sports Event Organized By The Poznań Sports And Recreation Centers 18 Poznań Half Marathon. In Addition To The Rental, The Scope Of The Order Also Includes Transport, Installation, Operation Of The Sound System And Its Disassembly After The Event.2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Including The Dates Of Provision Of Individual Services And The Technical Specifications Of The Multimedia Equipment, Is Set Out In Annex No. 7 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order.3. The Contractor Must Ensure That The Sound System Is Operated By Qualified Technicians, Numbering At Least Five Technicians,4. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Have A Paid Insurance Policy Throughout The Duration Of The Contract, And In The Absence Thereof, Another Document Confirming Civil Liability Insurance (Oc) In The Scope Of The Business Related To The Subject Of The Contract With A Guarantee Sum Not Lower Than: Pln 50,000.00 (Fifty Thousand Zlotys) For One And All Events During The Insurance Period.5. Liability Insurance Should Cover Civil, Tort And Contractual Liability For Personal And Property Damage And Their Consequences.6. Before Signing The Contract, The Ordering Party Will Require A Policy Or Other Document Confirming Insurance.7. The Offer Should Be Prepared On The Basis Of The Offer Form - Annex No. 1.
