Tenders Are Invited For Preparation Of Design Documentation For The Expansion Of National Road No. 48

1 The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of Design Documentation For The Investment Titled: Expansion Of National Road No. 48 (On The Głowaczów - Brzóza Section From Km 111+035 To Km 112+245) With A Path For Pedestrians And Bicycles.2. The Main Purpose Of The Investment Referred To In Section 1 Is To Improve The Safety Of Pedestrian And Bicycle Traffic On The Section Of Dk 48 In The Głowaczów Commune.3. The Designed Pedestrian And Bicycle Path Should Include, Among Others: The Following Technical Parameters, I.E.: A). Location On The Right Side Of National Road No. 48 Min. 1.00 M From The Edge Of The Road; B). Minimum Width – 3.00 M (Or Resulting From Terrain And Technical Conditions); C). Bituminous Surface; D). Parameters Of Descents (Width, Slope, Surface And Geometric Connections With The Road) Should Be Adapted To The Conditions In The Field And Compliance With Technical Conditions; E). On Bridge Structures At Km 111+51 And Km 111+984, Maintain The Continuity Of The Designed Road For Pedestrians And Bicycles Using Road Safety Markings And Devices; F). Along The Bridge Structure At Km 111+834, Design A Parallel Crossing Over The Watercourse In The Form Of A Footbridge With The Possibility Of Walking And Cycling.4. As Part Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To: A). Developing A Construction Design With Elements Of The Detailed Design Of The Investment (Including Road Surface Drainage), Which Will Be Prepared On Current Maps For Design Purposes In Accordance With Applicable Regulations; B). Developing And Agreeing With The Operators Of Appropriate Networks Technical Documentation Enabling The Relocation Or Protection Of Devices Or Facilities In The Event Of Any Collisions In Connection With The Implementation Of The Investment; C). Obtaining The Required Arrangements, Permits, Decisions Or Other Documents Necessary To Implement The Investment; D). Preparation Of A Plot Division Project, Based On The Construction Design, Together With A List Of Land Changes To Complete The Division Procedure (A Necessary Set To Obtain The Zrid Decision); E). Submission To The Ordering Party And Gddkia In Order To Agree On The Design Documentation And Approve The Permanent Traffic Organization Design; F). Transfer Of Proprietary Copyrights To Investment Design Documentation In All Fields Of Exploitation Necessary For The Proper Implementation Of The Investment;G).
