4. The Subject Of The Order Is: 1. Carrying Out Renovation Works In Otwock, In Places Indicated By The Ordering Party, Related To Ensuring Road Safety And Street Passability, Consisting In: 1) Eliminating Potholes In Roads With Bituminous Surfaces, 2) A) Grading Streets With Earth Surfaces With Compaction And Removal Of Excess Soil On The Edge Of The Equation, Giving The Road A Roof-Shaped Or Parabolic Cross-Section Enabling Surface Drainage Of Water On Roadsides, B) Granulation With Subsequent Leveling And Compaction Of Fragments Of Dirt Streets And Those Not Improved With Hard Fractionated Aggregate, With An Average Thickness Of The Crushed Stone Layer Of Approx. 10 Cm, C) Granulation With Subsequent Leveling And Compaction Of Fragments Of Dirt Streets And Those Not Improved With Concrete Aggregate, With An Average Layer Thickness Of Approx. 10 Cm 3) Partial Renovation Of Sidewalks, Parking Lots, Roads And Other Works Commissioned By The Ordering Party.2. Description Of The Subject Of The Order For The Works Referred To In Point 4.1.1): The Employer Requires The Contractor To Use Hot Asphalt When Performing The Works. The Scope Of Work During The Removal Of Potholes On Roads With Bituminous Surfaces Includes: Cutting Out Damaged Fragments Of The Surface And Giving Them Regular Shapes, Removing Rubble, Smearing The Repaired Area With Heated Asphalt, Filling The Pothole Or Depression With Asphalt Mass From The Recycler And Compacting It, Sealing The Joint, And Sprinkling With Sand. For The Work Performed, The Contractor Will Receive A Lump-Sum And Quantitative Remuneration, Which Is The Product Of The Amount Of Hot Asphalt Mass Placed And The Offered Rate For Placing 1 Ton Of Mass.
