The Subject Of This Order Are Construction Works In The Scope Of Reconstruction And Expansion Of The Municipal Sewage Treatment Plant Leased To Odolanowski Zakład Komunalny Sp. Z O.O. Pursuant To The Lease Agreement No. 12/Dz/2024/Ugim Of July 1, 2024. As Part Of The Investment Entitled: Expansion Of The Sewage Treatment Plant In Raczyce With Obtaining The Arrangements, Permits, Decisions Required By Law, As Well As All Construction And Assembly Works Regarding Works Described In The Design Documentation And Those Not Mentioned, But Necessary For The Proper Implementation Of The Order, Including Obtaining An Occupancy Permit. The Project Involves The Expansion And Reconstruction Of A Sewage Treatment Plant That Is Too Small In Relation To Existing Needs Into A Modern Mechanical And Biological Treatment Plant. The Subject Of The Order Should Include: A. Construction Works In Full Accordance With The Design Documentation Prepared By Envirotech Sp. Z O. O., Ul. Jana Kochanowskiego 7, 60-845 Poznań. During The Investment, Comprehensive Construction Of Elements Of The Sewage Treatment Plant Will Take Place. The Task Involves The Implementation Of A Set Of Construction Works To Improve The Operation Of The Sewage Treatment Plant. The Scope Of These Works Results From The Need To Recreate The Technological Features Of The Treatment Plant Facilities, And Thus Strengthen The Process Capabilities Of The Entire Facility. The Planned Investment Is Aimed At Ensuring The Continuity Of Operation Of The Treatment Plant During Renovation Or Failure Of The Existing Biological System. Works Related To The Expansion And Reconstruction Of The Sewage Treatment Plant Will Also Guarantee The Possibility Of Operation With An Increased Capacity Of 1,500 M3/D And The Possibility Of Full Biological Treatment Of Biogenic Compounds With The Increasing Amount Of Incoming Sewage. Place Of Implementation Of The Investment Task: The Investment Is Located In The Greater Poland Voivodeship, In The Ostrów Poviat, In The Village Of Raczyce, Registration Unit 301703_5 Odolanów Commune, Precinct 0008 Raczyce. Description Of The Existing Condition Of The Sewage Treatment Plant. The Planned Investment Is Mainly Located On The Premises Of The Existing Sewage Treatment Plant And Is Enclosed Within The Boundaries Of The Existing Fence. The Designed Sewage Treatment Plant Is Located On The Following Plots:• Plot No. 1385/2, Raczyce Precinct,• Plot No. 1386/2, Raczyce Precinct,• Plot No. 1392/2, Raczyce Precinct. Area Intended For The Implementation Of The Project Is Located West Of The Town Of Odolanów, In The Village Of Raczyce, On The Right Bank Of The Kuroch River. The Plot On Which The Treatment Plant Is Located Is Similar In Shape To A Rectangle. The Plot Has A Slope Of Up To 1.2% Towards The South, To The Kuroch River. To The South Of The Investment Area, In The West, North And East Directions, There Are Agricultural Fields. The Minimum Distance Of Residential Buildings From The Fence
