1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Execution Of The Task Entitled: Design And Execution Of Construction Works Consisting In The Expansion Of The Meteorological Station With A Mast For An Antenna For Receiving Satellite Data At Imwm-Pib In Krakow, Ul. Piotra Borowego 14.2. The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Preparation Of Comprehensive Design Documentation Required For The Proper Execution Of The Task (Including In Particular: Conceptual Design, Plot Development Design, Construction Design, Construction And Executive Designs For All Industries, Geotechnical Documentation, Bills Of Quantities, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, Investor Cost Estimates, Lightning Protection Installation Designs, Designs Of Satellite Antenna Power Connections); 2) Completing All Formalities And Arrangements Required By Law With State Administration Bodies In Matters Related To Construction, Its Commencement And Completion. The Contractor Will Perform The Above Activities, Acting On Behalf Of The Ordering Party, Based On The Granted Power Of Attorney; 3) Performing Authors Supervision During The Implementation Of The Works And Providing Substantive Support At Every Stage Of The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order; 4) Carrying Out Construction Works In Accordance With The Design Documentation. 3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Can Be Found In: 1) Annex No. 1A To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Hereinafter Referred To As Opz); 2) Annex No. 1B To The Swz - Functional And Utility Program (Hereinafter Referred To As Ffu) And The Connectors Constituting Its Integral Part: A) Annex No. 1 - Investment Location; B) Annex No. 2 - Plan Of The Existing Tower For Demolition; C) Annex No. 3 - Technical Parameters Of The Antenna: Meos Lx Antenna V2.5 Specification; D) Appendix No. 4 - Forces Acting On The Meos Lx Antenna - Forces On Antenna; E) Annex No. 5 - Drawing Of The Mounting (Anchoring) Plate 20642-A-Meos Bolt_Circle.
