The Subject Of The Order Includes The Preparation Of Design And Cost Estimate Documentation For The Modernization Of A Residential Building At Ul. Tarchomińska 11 In Warsaw. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Preparation By The Contractor Of Documentation Divided Into Two Separate Parts, Including: Part I - Containing Design And Cost Estimate Documentation Regarding The Reconstruction Of The Building And Part Ii - Containing Design And Cost Estimate Documentation Regarding The Development Of The Area Not Developed With A Building. The Detailed Method Of Implementing The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In The Specification Of The Terms Of The Order Together With Annexes Constituting Its Integral Part, I.E. Designed Provisions Of The Contract Consisting Of The Terms And Conditions Detailed Agreements Referred To In The Wsu Order Documents And General Terms And Conditions Of The Agreement For Design And Cost Estimate Documentation, Referred To As The Owup In The Order Documents (Appendix No. 1 To The Wsu) - Together With Annexes, I.E., Among Others: Description Of The Subject Of The Order - Annex No. 5 To The Contract And Building Finishing Standard - Annex No. 6 To The Contract - Constituting Jointly The Draft Contract Annex No. 7 To The Swz And Documentation-Query - Annex No. 8 To The Swz.
