Tenders Are Invited For Construction Of A Photovoltaic Installation With A Capacity Of 604.80 Kw On The Premises Of The Solid Waste Utilization Plant Sp. Z O. O.

3.1 The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works Consisting In The Execution, Including Delivery, Assembly, Commissioning And Putting Into Operation Of A Photovoltaic Installation With A Capacity Of 604.80 Kw, Located On The Roofs Of The Ordering Partys Buildings, Carried Out On The Basis Of A Building Permit Decision, In Accordance With The Design Documentation, The Specification Of The Terms Of Order And Applicable Law. The Order Is Carried Out In Two Substantive And Functional Stages, Including: 1) Stage I - Construction Works And Assembly. Stage I Includes Construction And Assembly Works Of The Photovoltaic Installation Along With The Necessary Technical Infrastructure, In Particular: A) Foundation And Assembly Of A Steel Supporting Structure On The Roof Of The Building, B) Installation Of Photovoltaic Panels, C) Installation Of Inverters, D) Installation Of Electrical Switchboards (Ac, Dc, R01, Rst), E) Installation Of Internal Direct Current Cabling, F) Installation Of Internal Alternating Current Cabling, G) Installation Of A Photovoltaic Installation Control System, H) Installation Of An Electricity Measurement System, I) Construction Of A Lightning Protection System, J) Preparation Of As-Built And Acceptance Documentation, Including Documentation In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Rfg Network Code, K) Preparation Of Geodetic Documentation From The As-Built Geodetic Inventory And Submitting Proof Of Its Submission To The Acceptance Documentation Of Stage I, L) Preparation Of The Installation To Carry Out The Required Settings, Tests, Tests And Measurements, M) Providing Access To Automation And Control Systems, N) Conducting Staff Training The Ordering Party In The Scope Of Operation Of The Installation, O) Submitting The Required Notifications To The Competent Authorities, Including The State Fire Service, And Providing The Ordering Party With Confirmation Of Making These Notifications. Stage I Includes The Construction Of A Photovoltaic Installation In A Technical And Functional Complete State, Enabling It To Be Commissioned And Achieve Full Operational Efficiency, Regardless Of The Formal And Administrative Activities Carried Out By The Competent Authorities Or The Distribution System Operator, Which Are The Subject Of Stage Ii. The Installation After The Completion Of Stage I Must Be Prepared In To Such An Extent That It Is Possible To Carry Out Settings, Tests, Examinations And Measurements In Stage Ii, As Well As To Confirm The Readiness Of The Installation For Use And Connection To The Network.2) Stage Ii - Formal And Administrative Activities. Stage Ii Covers Formal And Administrative Activities That Are Not Construction Works Within The Meaning Of The Provisions Of The Construction Law, In Particular: A) Carrying Out Activities Related To The Connection Procedure Before The Relevant Distribution System Operator (Dso), B) Adapting The Documentation And Technical Solutions To The Requirements Current On The Date Of Accep
