The Scope Of Work Includes The Construction Of A Wooden Observation Tower, Installation Of A Lightning Protection And Grounding System, Installation Of A Camera Point, Astronomical And Viewing Telescopes, A Wind Speed And Direction Meter, And Educational And Information Boards. 2. Names And Codes Specified In The Common Procurement Vocabulary: - Construction Works - 45000000-7.3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Scope Of The Order Was Described Using The Design Documentation And The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Specification Of The Terms Of The Order, Hereinafter Referred To As Swz. Other Conditions Regarding The Implementation Of The Contract Are Specified In Annex No. 3 To The Swz (Drafted Provisions Of The Public Procurement Contract).4. When Describing The Subject Of The Order By Indicating Trademarks, Patents Or Origin, Source Or Specific Process That Characterizes The Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor, The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described. Proper Names Are Examples Only And Do Not Indicate A Specific Product Or Manufacturer. By Offering An Item Equivalent To That Described In The Design Documentation And In The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, The Contractor Is Obliged To Maintain Equivalence In Terms Of Operational, Functional, Dimensional And Quality Parameters. By An Equivalent Product, The Ordering Party Understands A Product With The Same Or Better Quality And Functional Properties Than Those Required By The Ordering Party. The Contracting Authority Shall Ensure That The Contractor, If Offering An Equivalent Product, Sufficiently Proves, Using All Evidence Available To It, That Its Offer Is Equivalent. The Selection Of This Evidence Is Up To The Contractor.
