The Scope Of Delivery, Individual Quantities And Their Description Can Be Found In The Swz And The Annex To The Swz, I.E.: Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Sopz), The Offer Form Template And The Draft Provisions Of The Contract.3. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Possibility Of Submitting Partial Offers Under The Subject Order. In The Ordering Partys Opinion, The Lack Of Division Of The Contract Into Parts Does Not Limit The Possibility Of Participation Of Contractors Of Small And Medium-Sized Enterprises In Terms Of Quantity And Quality. 4.
