The Subject Of The Order Is: Delivery Of Electronic Equipment For The Equipment Of The Robotics Laboratory, I.E.: - Computer Equipment With Software (Tablet), - Laptops For The Library Laboratory With Software, - Robot Programming Kits, - Robotics Kits And Other Robotic Components Compatible With The Purchased Equipment, - Programming Learning Kit For Children, - Game Packages For The Interactive Floor, - Interactive Monitor, - Tripod For The Interactive Monitor, - Projector For The Screen, - Visualizer, - Sound System, - Projector Attached To The Ceiling With A Screen, - Electric Projection Screen, - Printer + Printer Inks.2. The Scope Of Delivery, Individual Quantities And Their Description Can Be Found In The Swz And The Annex To The Swz, I.E.: Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Sopz), The Offer Form Template And The Draft Provisions Of The Contract.3. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Possibility Of Submitting Partial Offers Under The Subject Order. In The Ordering Partys Opinion, The Lack Of Division Of The Contract Into Parts Does Not Limit The Possibility Of Participation Of Contractors Of Small And Medium-Sized Enterprises In Terms Of Quantity And Quality. 4. The Ordered Equipment Should Be Delivered To The Municipal Public Library No. 1 In Bieruń, Ul. Chemików 45, 43-150 Bieruń And Municipal Public Library No. 2 In Bieruń, Ul. Jagiełły 1, 43-155 Bieruń.5. The Order Is Covered By Financial Support Under The Project: Bieruńsko Gruba - My Place On Earth: From The Past To The Future - Transformation Of The Mining Community, Co-Financed By The European Funds For Silesia Program 2021-2027 (Fund For Just Transformation).6. Pursuant To The Content Of Art. 95 Section 1 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Informs That It Does Not Impose Any Requirements Regarding The Employment Of The Contractor Or Subcontractor On The Basis Of The Employment Relationship Of Persons Performing Activities In The Scope Of The Execution Of The Contract Consisting In Performing Work In The Manner Specified In Art. 22 § 1 Of The Act Of June 26, 1974 - Labor Code (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1465, As Amended). 7.
