The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works On The Task Titled: Adaptation Of The Premises Of The Municipal And Commune Social Welfare Center In Zagórz For The Purposes Of Establishing A Self-Help Club. The Scope Of Works Includes In Particular: - Replacement Of Door Joinery - Renovation Of Floors Consisting Of Demolition Of Existing Carpets And Laying New Ones (Parquet, Tiles) - Reconstruction Of Partition Walls, - Filling, Priming And Painting Of Walls And Ceilings - Disassembly And Reassembly Of White Equipment (Sockets, Switches, Led Luminaires), - Installation Of Air Conditioners, - Renovation Of Water And Sewage Installations Including Installation Of Equipment, - Installation Of Electric Internal Roller Shutters - Separating A Parking Space For Disabled People By Painting It And Installing Vertical Signs.2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Can Be Found In Annex No. 1 To The Swz. It Consists Of The Following Documents: 1) Design Documentation, 2) Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Stwiorb), 3) Bills Of Quantities. Due To The Fact That The Contractors Remuneration Indicated In The Offer Will Be A Lump Sum, When Pricing The Offer, The Contractor Should Rely On The Scope Indicated In The Design Documentation, Stwiorb And The Bills Of Quantities. The Occurrence, During The Execution Of The Contract, Of Works Not Included In The Bills Of Quantities Or Works In A Larger Quantity Than Those Accepted In The Bills Of Quantities Will Not Entitle The Contractor To Demand Additional Remuneration.3. Equivalent Solutions. In Each Case Of Using Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 And Section 3 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Contractor Should Assume That Such A Reference Is Accompanied By The Words Or Equivalent. If References To Standards, European Technical Assessments, Approvals, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Are Used In The Design Documentation, The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described. When Analyzing The Design Documentation, The Contractor Should Assume That Each Reference Used In The Design Documentation Is Accompanied By The Word Or Equivalent. If Trademarks Are Used In The Design Documentation Or Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, It Means That They Are Provided As Examples And Specify Only The Minimum Expected Quality Parameters And The Required Standard. The Contractor May Use Equivalent Materials Or Devices, But With Similar Or Better Technical And Quality Parameters, The Use Of Which Will In No Way Adversely Affect The Proper Functioning Of The Solutions Adopted In The Design Documentation. The Contractor Who Uses Equivalent Devices Or Materials Will Be Obliged To Demonstrate During The Execution Of The Order That The Devices And Materials He Uses Meet The Requirements Specified By The Order
