1. The Subject Of The Order Is: Thermal Modernization Of A Public Utility Building - The Podlas Community Center In Lipowa, Including The Installation Of A Renewable Energy Installation. This Investment Is Carried Out As Part Of One Investment Task In Connection With The Acceptance Of An Application For Co-Financing The Implementation Of The Project Under The European Funds For Silesia 2021-2027 Program (European Regional Development Fund) For Priority: Fesl.02 - European Funds For Green Development, For Measure: Fesl.02.01 - Energy Efficiency Of Public Buildings. The Task Will Include The Design And Implementation Of Works In The Field Thermal Modernization Of The Public Utility Building Of The Podlas Community Center In Lipowa Along With The Installation Of A Renewable Energy Installation. The Scope Of The Contract Carried Out In The Design And Build Formula Includes The Design And Execution Of Construction Works Related To The Improvement Of The Energy Efficiency Of The Public Utility Building, The So-Called Podlas Community Center In Lipowa At Ul. Barwna 65 And 67, Consisting Of Thermal Modernization Of The Building And Reconstruction, Including: - Thermal Modernization Works: Insulation Of Partitions And Replacement Of Joinery, Replacement Of The Central Heating Installation. And Domestic Hot Water, Replacing The Heat Source With A Central Heating Heat Pump. Air-Water, Replacement Of The Electrical Installation And Modernization Of Lighting, Construction Of A Photovoltaic Installation, Management And Monitoring System For Energy Production From Renewable Energy Sources, - Reconstruction Of The Functional System And External Partitions, Land Development, Delivery And Installation Of The Necessary Equipment Along With Obtaining All Necessary Decisions, Permits, Opinions And Acceptances (If Required By Law). The Form Of The Order Is The Design And Execution Of Construction Works Within The Meaning Of The Act Of July 7, 1994 - Construction Law, The Ordering Party Describes The Subject Of The Order Using Functional And Utility Program. The Subject Of This Order Is The Preparation Of Complete Design Documentation Along With Obtaining On Behalf Of The Ordering Party All Necessary Decisions, Permits, Notifications And The Execution Of The Task In Accordance With The Documentation Prepared. The Subject Of The Order Includes Obtaining The Necessary Decisions, Resolutions, Opinions And Arrangements As Well As Carrying Out Authors Supervision Of The Performed Design Part And Providing Management Of The Works In All Industries.2.
