1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Execution Of The Task Entitled: Comprehensive Thermal Modernization Of The Building Of The Somonino Commune Office.2. The Scope Of Works Includes In Particular: 1) Replacement Of Window Joinery: - Replacement Of All Existing Windows In The Building With Thermally Insulated Pvc Window Joinery With Uw Coefficient ≤ 0.9W/M2k, Triple-Glazed With Argon With Ug Max = 0.5W/M2k, With A Warm Inter-Pane Frame, Construction Of Window Profiles - 6 Chambers Mounted In The Insulation Layer Using Cbm Warm Assembly System - Warm Assembly Beams With All Elements Of This Assembly. 2) Replacement Of External Door Joinery: - Replacement Of External Doors On The Rear Elevation Of The Building With Steel Jacket Doors Insulated With A Pu Board With A Frame With A Thermal Break With U ≤ 1.3W/M2k, One Solid Door, The Other Trained Door. Note: Green Window And Door Joinery On The Front Facade And All Roof Windows Are Not Subject To Replacement. 3) Insulation Of Slopes Roof Over The 2Nd Floor: Removal Of The Existing Sloping Finishing Along With Insulation And Installation Of New Insulation With Sloping Finishing. 4) Insulation Of The Ceiling Over The 2Nd Floor: - Removal Of The Existing Ceiling Insulation Over The 2Nd Floor, Leaving The Existing Suspended Ceiling Finishing And Implementation Of Spray Insulation With Cellulose Wool (Loose Material). 5) Insulation Of External Walls Above Ground: - Insulating The External Walls With An Additional Layer Of Styrofoam Along With Making Bands Around The Windows And The Cornice Above The Ground Floor, Installing Clinker Cladding On Part Of The Front Wall And Rear Wall Of The Building, Applying Thin-Layer Plaster. 6) Insulating The Foundation/Basement Walls. 7) Carrying Out Internal And External Construction Works, Such As: Painting Walls And Ceilings, Finishing The Walls Of Toilet Rooms, Making Suspended Ceilings, Shafts For The New Installation, Window Sills, Downpipes, Roofing, Platform, Etc.8) Partial Modernization Of The Central Heating Installation With Installation Of A Central Heating Radiator, Replacement Of All Thermostatic Valves On Radiators In The Rooms Belonging To The Commune Office And Installation Of Automatic Vent Valves.9) Disassembly Of The Existing Air Conditioning Installation And Construction Of A New Air Cooling System Based On One Vrf System Consisting Of One Outdoor Unit And Wall-Type Indoor Units, Including Installation For Draining Condensate. 10) Reconstruction Of Existing Elements Of The Installation And Electrical Supply Networks, Including The Construction Of A New Basic, Emergency And Evacuation Lighting Installation As Well As An Installation For The New Air Conditioning. 11) Construction Of The Supporting Structure Of The Pv Installation And Installation Of A New Additional Photovoltaic Installation With A Power Of Up To 22 Kwp. 12) Construction Of Small Architecture Elements, I.E.: Rain Gardens, Green Wall, Tree Planting, Delivery And Installation Of Other Smal
