The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Covers The Following: 1) The Order Covers Transport Services Of The Clubs Players And Trainers To Training And Sports Competitions From The Date Of Signing The Contract Until December 31, 2026. 2) Transport Of Players And Trainers To Competitions And Sports Training Camps By A Bus With A Minimum Of 17 Seats And A Minimum Of 21 Seats. 3) The Contractor Should Have At Least 7 Buses, Including Four Buses With A Minimum Of 17 Seats And A Minimum Of Three Buses With A Minimum Of 21 Seats, With Air Conditioning, Equipped With The E-Toll System. Year Of Production Of Vehicles: Not Older Than 20114) Detailed Information: A) The Ordering Party Does Not Cover The Costs Of Accommodation And Meals For The Tenderers Driver During The Ordered Trips. Subject To Section B) B) The Ordering Party Will Cover The Costs Of Accommodation And Meals For The Tenderers Driver During Ordered Trips To Multi-Day Matches And Tournaments. C) The Ordering Party Does Not Bear Any Fees For The So-Called Parking. D) The Contractor Undertakes To Deliver The Vehicles In Polkowice At The Place And Time Specified In The Request. E) Before And After Departure, The Contractors Driver Is Obliged To Write Down The Vehicles Odometer Reading, Which Will Be Confirmed By The Signature Of The Ordering Partys Representative, And The Address Of The Destination (Town, Street, Number) Is To Be Entered On The Time Card. The Time Card Should Contain The Contractors Stamp And The Drivers Signaturef) The Trip Should Take The Shortest Route From The Place Of Departure (Polkowice) To The Place Of Arrival, Which Should Not Be Extended For Justified Reasons. The Basis For Determining The Number Of Kilometers Traveled In Accordance With The Travel Route Is The Website Http://Maps.Google.Pl/G) The Time And Distance Of The Transport Service Are Counted From The Start Of Transport At The Ordering Partys Headquarters In Polkowice To The Return To The Ordering Partys Headquarters In Polkowice Or To The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party As The Destination, In Accordance With The Information On The Order. 5) Under This Contract, The Contractor Undertakes To Provide The Ordering Party With Transport: A) The Largest Number Of Trips Will Take Place On In The Lower Silesian Voivodeship, B) Transport To Several-Day Sports Tournaments, Including Nationwide Ones, C) Transport To Matches In The Country And Possibly Also Abroad (Germany, Czech Republic) And Multi-Day Transport Will Be Required, D) Transport To Winter And Summer Sports Camps In The Country.6) The Estimated Volume Of The Order During The Duration Of The Contract Is Approx. 25,000 Kilometers.7) The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Have One Employee Per Vehicle (In The Case Of Trips Longer Than Permitted In Accordance With The Applicable Working Time Of One Driver,
