The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of The Following Investment In The Design And Build System: Reconstruction Of The Agricultural Transport Bridge On The Watercourse On Plot No. 427 On The Municipal Road On Plot No. 389, No. 429 At Km 1+300 In Domaszków.2. The Subject Of The Order Is The Design And Execution Of Works And Includes: Access To The Facility1. Earthworks In The Scope Of Channeling The Road Structure, Demolition Of The Existing And Reconstruction Of Access Roads To The Facility, 10 M Long On Each Side.2. It Is Planned To Dig An Excavation To The Level Of The Watercourse Over A Length Of Min. 5 M, In A Way That Allows Free Access To The Abutments. The Embankment Should Be Made As An Engineering Backfill Made Of Gravel (Or Other Material Meeting The Standard Conditions) And Compacted To A Value Of Id>0.97. The Scope Of Works Is Indicated In The Drawing Part. 3. Backfilling The Abutment With Non-Cohesive Sand-Type Material, Compacted To Id = 0.97.4. Construction Of Access Surfaces From Crushed Aggregate 0/31.5 Mm, Mechanically Stabilized, Thickness. 30Cm. Abutments: 1. Reinforcing The Existing Concrete Rings. By Installing Steel Bands (Clamps) Made Of Flat Bars With Cross-Section Dimensions Of 100X8mm, Fastened With Tensioning Bolts Of Class Min. 8.8 Type Sb Tzn - M20x90 (Hot-Dip Galvanized). The Flat Bar Should Be Made Of S235 Class Steel With An Anti-Corrosion Paint Coating (2 Coats Of Painting). Make 2 Levels Of Clamps At 1/3 And 2/3 Of The Height Of Each Concrete Ring.2. Glue Cracks And Cracks In Concrete Rings Using Epoxy Resin Injections. 3. Behind The Abutment On A Bench Made Of C12/15 Class Concrete Base, Thickness. Min. 15 Cm Along The Span Width, Make A Retaining Wall Of Gabions In Accordance With The Drawing. Fill The Space Between The Retaining Wall And The Span With A Polystyrene Insert. Gabion Baskets Should Be Made As Cages With Transverse Dimensions Of 0.5 X 0.5 M, Made Of Wire Ø Min. 4.8Mm Hot-Dip Galvanized. It Is Possible To Make Cages With Other Dimension Modules. Retaining Wall Height Min. 1.5 M (The Final Height Of The Retaining Wall Will Be Determined By The Contractor In The Design Documentation).4. Protect The Base Of The Wall Against Washing Away With Reinforcements Made Of Field Stone And Cement-Sand Mortar. Make A Concrete Cap On The Upper Surface Of The Wall. 15Cm Made Of C16/20 Class Concrete. Span: 1. Verify The Position Of The Span In Relation To The Abutments (Axiality And Perpendicularity) And Correct Its Setting Using Hydraulic Cylinders Or A Crane.2. Clean The Span Using An Abrasive Blast Method, Especially Its Bottom. 3. Repair Concrete Surfaces Using Pcc System Mortars. Facility Equipment: 1. Dismantle The Existing Balustrades. Construct New U11-A Type Barriers On The Facility And 5 M In Front Of And Behind The Facility, Counting From The Support Axis.
