1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Brand New It Equipment And Ups - Showing No Traces Of Previous Use. 2. The Scope Of The Subject Matter Includes: 2.1 Part 2: A) Ups For The Server Room - 1 Pc., B) Access Point - 3 Pcs. C) Ups For Workstations - 30 Pcs. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Delivery Of Equipment To The Headquarters Of The Ordering Party. The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Annex No. Draft Contract Constituting Annex No. 6.2 To Swz.3. The Subject Of The Order Must Be Brand New, Bearing No Traces Of Previous Use, Free From Defects And Complete, I.E. Including All Accessories, Cables And Wires Necessary For Their Use. The Equipment Offered Must Be Complete And Ready For Use Without Additional Purchases.4. The Contractor Will Deliver The Subject Of The Contract In Appropriate Quantities And Assortment Consistent With The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Directly To The Registered Office Of The Ordering Party, I.E. To The City Hall In Uniejów, Ul. Błogosławowany Bogumiła 13, 99 – 210 Uniejów, And Will Bring It To The Indicated Room. The Above Means That If The Entries In The Procedure Documentation Indicate Trademarks, Patents Or The Origin Of Devices Or Materials In Relation To Certain Materials Or Devices, They Should Be Treated As Proposals (For The Proper Understanding Of The Project).
