The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of Complete Design Documentation In The Design And Build Formula, Including Obtaining The Necessary Decisions, Opinions And Permits, Along With The Performance Of Full-Scope Works For The Investment Titled: Construction Of An Energy Storage Facility For A Photovoltaic Installation At The Targówek Sports And Recreation Center At Ul. Łabiszyńska 20.1) Construction And Commissioning Of An Energy Storage System With A Nominal Power Of Not Less Than 375 Kw And A Capacity Of Not Less Than 750 Kwh, Made Using Lifepo4 (Lfp) Technology, Together With The Ems System And Integration With A Pv Installation With A Capacity Of 369 Kwp.2) Location Of The Facility: The Place Of Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Is A Plot Of The Sports And Recreation Center Of The Capital City Of Warsaw In The District Targówek Ul. Łabiszyńska 20, 03-397 Warsaw. Plot No. 6/6 In The Area 80804. 3) The Subject Of The Order Includes: • Development Of The Design And Documentation; The Design Documentation Prepared By The Contractor Should Include Such A Scope Of Work Performed That It Is Possible To Perform The Work Correctly And In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, Installation And Connection To The Existing Photovoltaic Installation And Launch The Electricity Storage Facility, And To Guarantee Proper And Safe Operation And Operation In Connection With The Existing Photovoltaic Installation, • Obtaining The Arrangements, Permits, Notifications Required By Law (Building Permits Or Notifications), Etc., • Performance Of The Works, According To The Developed Designs, • Delivery And Installation Of The Storage Facility Electricity (Set Of Battery Modules With An Inverter) With An Intelligent Energy Management And Monitoring System For Electricity Production, • Execution Of Installation Works Based On Pfu Guidelines, • Connection Of The Warehouse To The Existing Internal Electrical Installation And Photovoltaic Installation, • Performance Of All Necessary Adjustment Works And Auxiliary Construction Works (E.G. Punctures, Assembly Holes, Installation Passages Through Building Partitions, Filling Of Holes And Reconstruction And Repair Of Damaged Parts And Finishing Elements) Enabling Proper Operation Of The Installation, • Inspections, Tests, Technical Commissioning And Commissioning Of The Installation, • Preparation Of The Device Operating Instructions And Training Of The Installation Users, • Preparation Of As-Built Documentation Necessary To Report The Acceptance And Proper Use Of The Installation By Users.
