The Subject Of The Order Is The Design, Construction, Delivery And Installation Of Fire Alarm Systems (Ssp) In Buildings No. 1, 3 And 4 In The Social Welfare Home In Jaromin, Together With The Dismantling And Specialized Disposal Of Old Systems, Including: - Development And Execution Of Design Documentation In Accordance With Applicable Regulations And Standards In Consultation With The Fire Protection Expert. (Concept, Executive And As-Built Documentation, Preparation Of An As-Built Inventory), - Obtaining All Necessary Permits And Arrangements - In Particular With The Provincial Conservator Of Monuments And The Fire Protection Appraiser. If Applicable, - Implementation Of A New Facility Protection System Based On The Detailed Design Prepared By The Contractor And Approved By The Ordering Party; - Dismantling And Disposal Of Old Devices Of The Fire Alarm System (In Particular, Documenting The Disposal Of Isotope Detectors - Together With The As-Built Documentation, The Contractor Will Provide The Ordering Party With Protocols On The Disposal Of Ionization Sensors At The Radioactive Waste Disposal Plant) Along With Cabling, And Execution, Based On The Detailed Design Prepared By The Contractor And Approved By The Ordering Party, Of New Systems Protecting Buildings In The Scope Of Total Protection In Accordance With Pkn Cen Ts 54-14, - Delivery, Installation And Programming Of The Ssp Control Panel, - Development Of A Fire Scenario For Each Building - Delivery And Installation Of New Devices Initiating The Transmission Of Information About The Occurrence Of A Fire To The Alarm Control Panel And Manual Fire Call Points, - Construction Of New Surveillance Loop Cabling, If It Is Not Possible To Use The Existing One - Restoration Of The Rooms After Disassembly And Assembly To Their Previous Condition, - If The Project Includes Additional Devices, E.G. Acoustic, The Subject Of The Order Also Includes Their Delivery And Installation, - Testing The System For Correct Operation, Commissioning And Measuring The Detection Lines, - Providing The Ordering Party With All Licenses, Keys, Passwords For The Installed Software And Ssp Control Panels; - Training The Ordering Partys Employees In The Operation And Maintenance Of The New Fire Alarm System, A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Functional And Technical Requirements Are Included In The Functional And Utility Program Constituting An Annex To The Swz, Which Constitutes The Basis For The Implementation Order.
