The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works Including The Reconstruction Of Rooms In An Existing Building - Modernization Of Laboratories Of The Faculty Of Technology And Chemical Engineering, Ul. Pułaskiego 10, 70-322 Szczecin, Plot No. 22, District 2254. The Construction Works In Question Concern Three Laboratories Along With Installation Works. The Scope Of Works Includes, Among Others: 1) Demolition Works And Disposal Of Dismantled Materials; 2) General Construction And Finishing Works; 3) Construction Of Sanitary (Central Heating), Water And Sewage Installations; 4) Construction Of Technological Heating And Mechanical Ventilation Installations; 5) Electrical And Telecommunications Installations In Accordance With The Attached Bills Of Quantities.2. Building At Ul. Pułaskiego 10 In Szczecin, Which Is To Be Covered By The Documentation (Building) And Construction Works, Is Entered In The Register Of Monuments Of The West Pomeranian Voivodeship - Register No. A-1283, Decision No. L.Dz.-Dz.4200.6/0/95 Of May 6, 1995. Technical Data Of The Indicated Building - Provided In The Design Documentation.3. The Construction Works Constituting The Subject Of This Order Require Being Carried Out On The Basis Of A Building Permit (The Ordering Party Obtained A Final Decision With The Indicated Permit) And Include Multi-Sector Works (Including, In Particular, General Construction, Electrical And Sanitary Works). Subject To The Provisions Of Section 3 And 4 Below, A Detailed Description Of The Works That Are The Subject Of This Procedure, Including Their Type And Scope, Are Determined By A Set Of Documents (Technical And Descriptive Documentation), Which Consists Of: 1) Annex No. 2A To Swz - Multi-Sector Construction Design, Building Permits - For The Entire Building. Contractors Are Obliged To Perform The Order In Accordance With This Documentation To The Extent Limited By The Bills Of Quantities Included In Annex No. 2D To The Swz.
