The Subject Of The Order Is The Design And Construction Of The Regional Bicycle Route No. 602 In Katowice On The Section At Km 3+170 - 12+046.75 As Part Of The Investment Task Entitled: Regional Bicycle Routes In Katowice Along With Obtaining The Necessary Opinions And Arrangements. As Part Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To: − Purchase And Update Geodetic Bases Regarding Location, Height And Infrastructure; − Develop A Map For The Purposes Of Design At A Scale Of 1:500 In Numerical Form; − In The Event Of A Collision With Existing Infrastructure, The Necessary Network Spacers Should Be Designed; − Preparation Of Design Documentation − Reconstruction Of The Signaling System With Adaptation To Bicycle Traffic At The Intersection Of Ul. Chorzowska From Ul. Ściegiennego (Crossing For Cyclists Along With The Expansion Of The Existing Traffic Lights Covered By The Its System With Radar Bicycle Detection); − Obtaining The Necessary Decisions And Permits In Accordance With The Construction Law Act Of July 7, 1994 (Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 418), − Execution Of Construction Works Resulting From The Prepared Documentation And Arrangements, − Development Of A Project For Permanent Road Traffic Organization And Obtaining Its Approval. The Project Should Be Developed Taking Into Account The Documents Entitled: Standards And Guidelines For Shaping Bicycle Infrastructure Developed On Behalf Of The Upper Silesian-Zagłębie Metropolis And The Regional Cycling Policy Of The Silesian Voivodeship - Restoring The Development Of The Adjacent Area To Its Original State. The Task Should Include The Design Of A Regional Bicycle Route No. 602 From The Border With The City Of Chorzów To The Roundabout. Gen. Ziętka.
