The Subject Of The Order Is The Preparation Of Documentation For The Construction Of The Building Of The Center For Ecological, Historical And Cultural Education, Including: 1) Architectural And Construction Design - 4 Copies, 2) Technical Design - 4 Copies, 3) Executive Design - 4 Copies, 4) Investors Cost Estimate And Bill Of Quantities 4 Copies, 5) Exhibition Design - 4 Copies, 6) Interior Design Design - 4 Copies, 7) Exhibition Organization Design (Visualizations) - 4 Copies. Detailed The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Includes The Functional Program Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz And Room Cards Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Participate Once A Month In A Meeting At The Ordering Partys Headquarters, During Which He Will Present The Progress Of Design Works. At Least Three Weeks Before Submitting The Documentation To The Poviat Office In Order To Obtain A Building Permit, The Contractor Will Present The Documentation To The Ordering Party For Verification And Obtaining Full Approval. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Accept The Solutions Of The Detailed Design. Exhibition And Interior Design And Exhibition Arrangement Design. The Ordering Party Anticipates The Following Partial Payments: 1) In 2026, Up To 40% Of The Contract Value, But Not More Than Pln 400,000 Gross For The Execution Of The Architectural And Construction Design And Obtaining A Valid Building Permit (1St Payment), 2) In 2027, The Remaining 60% Of The Contract Value: 30% For The Technical And Executive Design (2Nd Payment), 30% For The Execution Cost Estimates, Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, Interior Design, Exhibition Design And Exhibition Arrangement (3Rd Payment). The Contractor Selected To Perform The Order Will Prepare A Material And Financial Schedule Based On The Above Guidelines.
