The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works Consisting In Strengthening And Modernization Of Structural Beams At The -0.33 Level In The Building At Ul. Sikorskiego 4 In Gorzów Wielkopolski, In Accordance With The Construction Expert Opinion Of December 10, 2025. The Scope Of Work Includes In Particular The Repair Of Elements Indicated In The Expert Opinion, Preparation Of The Substrate, Protection Of Adjacent Elements, Performance Of Accompanying Works And The Use Of Technologies And System Materials Indicated In The Documentation Or Equivalent Ones That Meet The Technical And Quality Requirements. The Works Will Be Carried Out In An Active Facility, While Maintaining The Safety Rules Of Users And The Organization Of The Facilitys Work. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Provide A Warranty For The Construction Works Covered By The Order For A Period Of 60 Months, Counted From The Date Of Signing The Final Acceptance Report Of The Works. Employers Comments: Documents Describing The Subject Of The Order Should Be Treated As Mutually Explanatory And Complementary In The Sense That In The Event Of Any Ambiguities Or Ambiguities In The Execution, The Contractor Will Not Be Able To Limit The Scope Of His Obligation Or The Scope Of Due Diligence. Additional Information: The Ordering Party Has Attached The Bill Of Quantities To The Documentation, Which Is For Illustrative Purposes Only And Cannot Constitute The Basis For The Offer Valuation Or Financial Settlements.
