3.1.1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Preparation Of A General Plan For The Bychawa Commune, Referred To In Art. 13A Of The Act Of March 27, 2003 On Spatial Planning And Development (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1130, As Amended), Regulation Of The Minister Of Development And Technology Of December 8, 2023 On The Draft General Plan Of The Commune, Documenting Planning Works In The Scope Of This Plan And Issuing Extracts And Extracts From It (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 2758, As Amended) And Participation In Activities Related To The Preparation And Adoption Of The General Plan Of The Bychawa Commune, In Accordance With The Provisions Of Polish Law. Including The Act Of March 27, 2003 On Spatial Planning And Development And The Regulation Of The Minister Of Development And Technology Of December 8, 2023 On The Draft General Plan Of The Commune, Documentation Of Planning Works In The Scope Of This Plan And Issuing Extracts And Drawings From It) Along With Other Implementing Regulations. Study Area - Area Within The Administrative Boundaries Of The Bychawa Commune With An Area Of ​​146.2 Km2. The Result Of The Completed Subject Of The Order Will Be The Adopted General Plan Of The Bychawa Commune Approved By The Voivode Along With Graphic Annexes, Spatial Data And Necessary Documentation. 3.1.2. The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular The Following Activities:1. Obtaining At Your Own Expense And Effort All Materials And Data Necessary To Prepare The Subject Of The Contract. In Order To Perform The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Will Independently Download The Documents That The Commune Has Made Available On The Website (Including Bip Bychawa). If It Is Necessary To Obtain Additional Documents That Have Not Been Published, The Contractor Will Ask The Ordering Party To Provide Them. 2. Substantive Preparation Of Formal And Legal Documents And Draft Letters In Accordance With The Spatial Planning And Development Act Of March 27, 2003 And Separate Provisions, Including In Particular Notices, Notices, Notices, Applications For Opinions And Arrangements To Reviewing And Approval Bodies (Including Draft Planning Documents In Paper Version In The Amount Necessary To Carry Out The Procedure) 3. Carrying Out A Site Visit In Order To Prepare An Urban Inventory. 4. Participation In Meetings Regarding Social Consultations, Arrangements And Opinions, As Well As Participation In Activities Related To The Preparation And Adoption Of The General Plan At The Headquarters Of The Ordering Party. 5. Contact With The Ordering Party During The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order (Including Personal Appearance At The Office At The Request Of The Ordering Party After Prior Arrangement Of The Date). 6. Removing Defects, Making Corrections And Additions To The Subject Of The Order Resulting From The Fault Of The Contractor. 7.
