The Planned Arrangement Of The Development Elements Of The Investment Area Is Presented In Drawings Pfu-01.1 And Pfu-01.2. The Functional And Utility Program Constituting Annex No. 8 To The Swz Is The Basis For: • Preparation Of A Tender Offer By The Contractor, • Carrying Out The Contractor Selection Procedure In The Design And Build Formula, In Accordance With The Procurement Law Act Public, • Conclusion Of An Agreement With The Selected Contractor For The Preparation Of Design Documentation And Construction Works1.1. The Contractor Is Obliged To: - Develop Design Documentation And Obtain The Building Permit Required By Law, - Carry Out Construction Works.2. The Contractor Undertakes To Perform All Construction Works Described In The Documentation, Including The Functional And Utility Program, Necessary To Implement The Subject Of The Agreement. The Performance Of Construction Works That Are Not Specified In The Bill Of Quantities And Are Necessary To Implement The Subject Of The Agreement In Accordance With The Documentation Does Not Require The Conclusion Of A Separate Agreement. 3.
