1) The Subject Of The Order Includes: A) Grass Mowing With Simultaneous Grass Collection On County Roads In The City Of Lubliniec Over The Entire Width Of Road Lanes (Shoulder, Slope, Counterscarp, Ditch Bottom, Etc.), Including: A) Three Obligatory Mowings; B) One Optional Mowing (Carried Out Only If The Ordering Party Determines The Need To Perform Additional Mowing); B) Grass Mowing Without Grass Collection On County Roads Of The Lubliniec Poviat (With Excluding Mowing Along County Roads In The City Of Lubliniec, Ciasna Commune And Woźniki Commune) And Mowing Grass In Hard-To-Reach Places With An Average Cutting Width Of 3 M To 7 M: A) Two Obligatory Mowings, B) One Optional Mowing (Carried Out Only If The Ordering Party Determines The Need For Additional Mowing); C) Optional Mowing Of Grass Without Collecting It At The Ordering Partys Request On The Road Lanes Of County Roads Not Indicated In The Annexes Maps.2) The Area Of Green Areas To Be Mowed Is: A) On County Roads In The City Of Lubliniec:A) 52,200 M2 X 3 Obligatory Mowings = I.E. A Total Of 799,000 M2 (Carried Out Only In The Event Of By The Ordering Party The Need To Perform Additional Mowing), C) Optional Mowing Of Grass Without Collecting Them At The Request Of The Ordering Party On Road Lanes Of District Roads Not Indicated In The Map Appendices - 300,000 M2.3) Optional Mowing Will Be Ordered According To The Needs Of The Ordering Party.4) The Detailed Scope And Method Of Implementing The Subject Of The Order Are Determined By: A) Detailed Technical Specification - For Task No. 1, Constituting Annex No. 2.1 To Swz, B) List Of Roads And Maps With Mowing Areas - For Task No. 1, Constituting Annex No. 3.1 To Swz.5) During The Contract Execution Period, The Contractor Is Obliged To Have The Following Equipment At Its Disposal: A) A Tractor Or A Vehicle Serving As An Equipment Carrier With A Flail Mower, Structurally Adapted To Mowing Roadsides, Slopes And Counter-Slopes - 1 Pc. B) A Tractor Or Mower Enabling Simultaneous Mowing And Collection Mowed Grass - 1 Pc. C) Combustion Or Electric Brushcutter, For Mowing In Hard-To-Reach Places, Such As Under Barriers, Next To Fences, Signs, Bollards And Other Road Devices - 4 Pcs. 6) The Maximum Time For Each Mowing Cannot Exceed 21 Days.
