1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Development Of Multi-Discipline Design Documentation For Construction Works, As Part Of The Implementation Of The Task Entitled: Thermal Modernization Of Kindergarten No. 172 At Ul. Żytnia 71 In Warsaw And Providing Authors Supervision During Construction Works Carried Out On The Basis Of Design Studies, Which Are The Subject Of This Order.2. The Kindergarten Building Is Not Covered By Any Form Of Conservation Protection.3. Design Documentation Is To Be Prepared/Developed Separately For Each Of The Above. Parts, In Order To Be Able To Carry Out Separate Procedures For Individual Construction Works And Must Include The Following Types Of Works: Part I - Renovation Of The External Part Of The Building Along With The Façade Design, I.E. Fungus Removal, Drying The Walls, Repairing Cracks, Insulation And Waterproofing Of Foundation Walls, Insulation Of External Walls, Insulation And Renovation Of The Roof Covering, Restoration Of The Proper Technical Condition Of Chimneys And Sheet Metal Workings, I.E. Firewalls, Gutter Belt, Gutters, Gutter Strips, Downpipes, External Window Sills And Other Necessary Roofing Works, Replacement Of External Window Joinery, Installation Of New Security Measures/Balustrades In French Windows, Maintenance Or Replacement Of Anti-Burglary Grates In Ground Floor Windows, Replacement Of External Door Joinery, Installation Of A Roof Over The Main Entrance, Painting Of The Facade, Laying Of External Cladding And Replacement Of The Lightning Protection System; Part Ii - Replacement Of The Heating Station In The Field Of Technology, Automation And Electricity, In Three Industries With A Comprehensive Renovation Of The Room; Part Iii - Replacement Of The Central Heating Installation, Replacement Of Cold Water, Hot Water And Circulation Installations, Cold Water Fire Protection Installation With A Pressure Boosting Set, Replacement Of The Sewage System With A Comprehensive Renovation Of The Feeding Block And Bathrooms.4. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, The Type And Scope Of Work Covered By The Order And The Requirements Regarding The Execution And Acceptance Of The Subject Of The Order Are Specified In: A) The Draft Provisions Of The Contract - Hereinafter Also Referred To As The Contract Template, Constituting Annex No. 6 To The Swz, B) Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Contract Template,5. The Ordering Party Informs That It Does Not Have Any Archival Documentation In Paper Or Electronic Form That Could Be Used To Complete This Order. 6. Information On The Division/Lack Of Division Of The Contract Into Parts. The Ordering Party Divided The Contract Related To Architectural And Engineering Services In The Field Of Design Into Parts, Each Of Which Is The Subject Of A Separate Procedure. This Proceeding Concerns One Of The Above-Mentioned Parts Of The Order.7. Pursuant To § 3 Section 7 Of The Contract Template, The Contractor Is
