The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works Related To The Reconstruction Of The Municipal Road In The Middle Of The Field Located On Plot No. 151, Północ District In Piława Górna.2. The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Performance Of All Works, Works And Activities That Are Necessary To Perform The Subject Of The Order In Accordance With The Purpose It Is To Serve, In Particular In Accordance With The Design Documentation And Swz. 2) Performance Of The Works In Accordance With The Principles Of Technical Knowledge And Construction Art, I.E. In Accordance With All Legal And Technical Standards Applicable In Construction, In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, With Due Diligence And In Accordance With The Best Professional Knowledge, As Well As With Appropriate Carefully While Observing Safety Rules, Ensuring Good Quality Of The Works Performed And Proper Organization Of Work.3) Adjusting And, If Necessary, Rebuilding The Entrances And Entrances To The Cemetery So That It Is Possible For Vehicles To Leave The Cemetery, In Particular Those Transporting Garbage, As Well As For Free Pedestrian Traffic From The Entrances.4) Carrying Out A Geodetic Inventory After The Works Are Completed.3.
