4.1 The Subject Of The Order Is The Execution Of A Task Called: Thermal Modernization Of The Public Building Of The Commune Office In Krośnice. 4.2 A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Was Specified In The Swz, The Contract And In: A) Design Documentation - Annex No. 10 To The Swz, B) Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works - Annex No. 11 To The Swz, C) Bill Of Quantities - Annex No. 12 To The Swz.4.3 In Addition, The Subject Of The Order Should Be Performed Taking Into Account The Following Issues: 1) Throughout The Construction Works (Described In The Design Documentation), The Commune Office Must Function Without Disruptions, I.E. The Works Should Be Planned In Such A Way That It Does Not Impede The Work Of The Office And The Service Of Residents, In Particular: A) Securing The Places Of Work, B) Enabling The Use Of The Building Throughout The Duration Of Construction Works, Using At Least One Entrance Door, C) Excluding No More Than 1-3 Office Rooms From Use At A Given Time (In The Event Of Window Replacement, Ventilation Work, Etc.) And For No Longer Than 7-10 Days, D) The Contractor Is Obliged To Present And Agree With The Ordering Party The Work Schedule, In Particular Related To Individual Office Rooms At Least One Week Before Their Commencement, E) The Contractor Should Ensure: Taking Out And Bringing In Furniture To The Individual Rooms Where The Work Will Be Carried Out, Securing Floors And Other Elements Of Equipment Before Starting The Work (With Paper And Cardboard), Cleaning And Painting, To The Extent Necessary, The Rooms Where The Work Was Carried Out In The Color Agreed With The Ordering Party. F) The Contractor Is Obliged To Constantly Maintain Order And Cleanliness During Construction Works, In Particular So That The Use Of The Building By Employees And Clients Of The Office Does Not Pose A Threat To Them And Does Not Cause Significant Difficulties.2) Before Starting The Works, The Contractor Is Obliged To Inspect The Building For The Presence Of Nesting Places And Shelters Of Animals (Birds, Bats) And Prepare A Report On This Inspection And Submit It To The Ordering Party. The Review And Report Should Be Prepared By Specialists In Specific Fields. If The Presence Of Animal Nesting Sites And Shelters Is Confirmed, Work Should Be Carried Out Within The Dates Specified By The Specialists In The Report. If It Is Necessary To Destroy Nesting Sites Or Habitats Of Birds, As Well As Breeding Places Of Bats, An Appropriate Permit Must Be Obtained For Activities Prohibited In Relation To Protected Animal Species - In Accordance With The Provisions Of Art. 56 Of The Act Of 16 April 2004 On Nature Conservation. The Scope And Method Of Compensation (E.G. Installation Of Nesting Boxes For Birds Or Shelters For Bats) Should Be Determined By Specialists Who Inspect The Building For The Presence Of Nesting Places And Shelters For Animals.
