The Subject Of The Order Includes Construction Works Consisting In The Modernization Of The Musicians Salon In The Building Of The National Philharmonic In Warsaw At Ul. Jasna 5 (Hereinafter Referred To As The Subject Of The Order).2. The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular The Performance Of Construction Works And Other Services In The Following Scope:2.1. Removing The Damaged Plank, Subit And Laying A New Floor;2.2. Laying The Carpet On The Floor;2.3. Parquet Renovation;2.4. Renovation Of Wooden Wall Panels;2.5. Electrical Works;2.6. Renovation Of Existing Lamps;2.7. Replacing Switches And Sockets;2.8. Painting Walls And Ceiling;2.9. Renovation Of Technical Doors On The Mezzanine; 2.10. Manufacturing, Delivery And Assembly Of Furniture - Built-Ins And Free-Standing Furniture;2.11. Delivery Of Electrical Equipment;2.12. Accompanying And Finishing Works.3. In Order To Properly Perform The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To Take Into Account The Time Necessary To Ensure Deliveries (Including Execution/Production) Of Equipment And Devices Constituting The Subject Of The Order, Within The Time Limit Enabling The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order In Accordance With The Agreement.4.
