Łódzka 13, 13A And 15, In Accordance With The Attached Construction Project, Which Includes, Among Others: A) Demolition Of 3 Residential Buildings And One Farm Building Along With Securing The Demolition Area And Adjacent Areas; B) Backfilling Of Excavations Along With Compaction And Leveling Of The Area; C) Restoration Of The Surface Of Any Damaged Adjacent Areas; D) Dismantling Of All Existing Installations And Connections Located In Buildings Intended For Demolition After Prior Arrangements With The Managers Of Individual Networks And Securing All Existing Connections; E) Preparation Of As-Built Documentation (Including, Among Others, As-Built Geodetic Inventory, Waste Collection And Disposal Cards) Meeting The Requirements Specified In The Law; F) Reconstruction Of The Façade Of The Exposed Wall Of The Former Bank Building With The Missing Thermal Insulation Made Of 10 Cm Thick Styrofoam Together With A Plaster Coating Of The Type Silicate, Filling The Remaining Exposed Walls Only With Plaster Mortar; G) Preparation Of As-Built Documentation (Including, Among Others, As-Built Geodetic Inventory, Waste Collection And Disposal Cards) Meeting The Requirements Specified In The Law.
